These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Jadraflow ("the App", "the Service"), operated by Jasz Construction LLC. By creating an account, you agree to these Terms.
Jadraflow is a web-based tool that lets you create customers, estimates, and invoices, generate PDF documents, and send them by email. Jadraflow is a tool for your business — we are not a party to any agreement between you and your own customers.
You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity that happens under your account.
Refunds: Once a billing period has been charged, that fee is non-refundable, except where required by law. We do not provide prorated refunds for partial use of a billing period.
Upgrading your plan: Takes effect immediately. The price difference is charged on a prorated basis for the remainder of your current billing period.
Downgrading your plan: Takes effect at the end of your current billing period. You keep your current plan's features until then, with no partial refund for the switch.
You agree not to use Jadraflow to send unlawful, fraudulent, or abusive content, or to attempt to disrupt or gain unauthorized access to the Service.
You own the data you enter into Jadraflow (your customers, estimates, and invoices). You are responsible for the accuracy of that information and for having the right to store your customers' contact details. See our Privacy Policy for how we handle data.
You may permanently delete your account and all associated data at any time from Company Profile → Delete My Account. This action cannot be undone.
We aim to keep Jadraflow available and reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may update, modify, or temporarily suspend features to improve the Service.
Jadraflow is provided "as is." To the fullest extent permitted by law, Jasz Construction LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including disputes between you and your own customers.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be noted inside the App.

Estos Términos de Servicio ("Términos") rigen tu uso de Jadraflow ("la App", "el Servicio"), operado por Jasz Construction LLC. Al crear una cuenta, aceptas estos Términos.
Jadraflow es una herramienta web que te permite crear clientes, estimados y facturas, generar documentos PDF, y enviarlos por correo electrónico. Jadraflow es una herramienta para tu negocio — no somos parte de ningún acuerdo entre tú y tus propios clientes.
Debes proporcionar información precisa al crear una cuenta. Eres responsable de mantener seguras tus credenciales de acceso y de toda actividad que ocurra bajo tu cuenta.
Reembolsos: Una vez que se haya cobrado un período de facturación, esa tarifa no es reembolsable, excepto cuando la ley lo requiera. No ofrecemos reembolsos prorrateados por uso parcial de un período de facturación.
Subir de plan (upgrade): Aplica de inmediato. La diferencia de precio se cobra de forma prorrateada por el resto de tu período de facturación actual.
Bajar de plan (downgrade): Aplica hasta que termine tu período de facturación actual. Mantienes las funciones de tu plan actual hasta entonces, sin reembolso parcial por el cambio.
Aceptas no usar Jadraflow para enviar contenido ilegal, fraudulento o abusivo, ni intentar interrumpir o acceder sin autorización al Servicio.
Eres dueño de los datos que ingresas en Jadraflow (tus clientes, estimados y facturas). Eres responsable de la exactitud de esa información y de tener el derecho de almacenar los datos de contacto de tus clientes. Consulta nuestra Política de Privacidad para saber cómo manejamos los datos.
Puedes eliminar permanentemente tu cuenta y todos los datos asociados en cualquier momento desde Perfil de Empresa → Eliminar Mi Cuenta. Esta acción no se puede deshacer.
Buscamos mantener Jadraflow disponible y confiable, pero no garantizamos acceso ininterrumpido. Podemos actualizar, modificar o suspender temporalmente funciones para mejorar el Servicio.
Jadraflow se proporciona "tal cual". En la máxima medida permitida por la ley, Jasz Construction LLC no es responsable por daños indirectos, incidentales o consecuentes derivados de tu uso del Servicio, incluyendo disputas entre tú y tus propios clientes.
Podemos actualizar estos Términos de vez en cuando. Los cambios importantes se indicarán dentro de la App.
